The Halifax Concert Band is a full-sized concert band based in Yorkshire, UK that comprises of woodwind (clarinet, saxophone, etc.), brass (trumpet, trombone, etc.) and percussion (drums, timpani, etc.) players. The band is self-supporting and all of its players give their time and services for free.

We play a wide range of music including: stage, film and television music, arrangements of popular music, marches, our own arrangements (written by Christopher Binns, our Musical Director) and novelty numbers (featuring different sections or members of the band).

We are available for all types of concert work, including concert hall bookings, garden parties, carol concerts, bandstand appearances and private functions.
